Agreement

By playing Ashenvale you agree to these Terms, the Code of Conduct and the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t play.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

Beta

Ashenvale is in beta. Things will change, break and be rebalanced; progress, heroes, items or gold may be reset, and the game may be unavailable at times. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Your hero and items

Heroes, items, gold and other in-game content are part of the game and have no real-world value. You get a personal, revocable right to use them in the game; you don’t own them and can’t sell them outside it.

Purchases

Purchases (like the Showcase pet, Remove Ads or Ashenvale Plus) are handled by the store you got the game from, under its terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your store account. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable; if something goes wrong, contact us.

Ads

The free game may show ads from our ad partners.

Conduct and termination

You agree to follow the Code of Conduct. We may suspend or remove access for breaking these Terms or the Code of Conduct.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost progress or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material we’ll ask you to agree again in game.
